OUR STORY
Welcome to Quinto Elemento Spa, an unparalleled healing and wellness center in southeastern Mexico. Our founder Elisabetta Meroni from Lake Como, Italy, shares with us how this dream came true:

After a long personal journey and a heart full of dreams, Elisabetta, and her family (including her husband and business partner, Andrea Riva) relocated to Playa del Carmen, Mexico in 2014 to open Quinto Elemento Spa. This little piece of heaven on earth has become THE place that locals, ex-pats, and visitors alike go to for all their wellness needs. With a fine selection of quality products and a qualified and passionate staff that is like family, we do our very best to meet the needs and expectations of our dearest customers.

Fast-forwarding to 2022, Elisabetta felt the need to branch out and opened up Tulum's finest healing place: Quinto Elemento Spa Tulum. We hope you are ready for life-changing healing experiences that will touch every fiber of your soul. The magic has begun!
Elisabetta Meroni
Elisabetta started her career as a beautician back in 1989, fascinated by aesthetics and the reactions of her customers, she realized that she had to delve into the soul to make an impact in people’s lives.

In the years that followed, she continued her education in the ancient Shaitzu technique (Namikoshi) with a specialization in manual lymph drainage (Vodder method). She then continued with several courses but the crucial moment was after a refresher course with the expert in massage techniques & bioenergetics and a Great teacher: Gianfranco Poletti.

At that moment in her life, she understood that her true calling was to heal the wounds of the human soul. And so she began an in-depth study journey of:

· Connective Tissue Massage (Dicke Method).
· Arteriovenous Lymphatic Drainage
· Bioenergetics Massage with the Great teacher Gianfranco Poletti

· Neurostimulation Massage

· Entry into Postural Integration School founded by Dr. Masimo Soldati

· Personality Enneagrams, Emotional Injuries, and Healers Way by Psychologist Miguel Briceño

· Basic Acupuncture at the Tao School by Dr. Rafael Alcantara
